I ordered something for my daughter's birthday but knew it wouldn't get here before we left on a trip. I was so surprised to find the package arrived ONE DAY after we ordered it! I was thrilled! I was able to surprise her on our trip with her present and we couldn't believe how amazing the service was! Thank you SO much! It was our first time using this delivery service and we were beyond happy with their service!

They provided the fastest shipping I have ever seen. I ordered something from a company based several hours north of me and was notified that the shipping label was printed that night. I thought nothing more about it, as I didn't pay for expensive shipping, just the standard 4-12 day shipping as usual. Imagine my surprise when I found the package at my door before I even got home from my 9-5 job the next day. I'm impressed. Thanks guys!

First Mile delivery did such a great job, compared to other deliveries. They actually sat my package down right in front of my door, rather than at the bottom of my stairs or tossing it.... I wish more delivery people were as considerate as they were with my package!

I make package delivery really difficult for drivers only because I have a curious dog who will go on a walk-about if I leave the gate open. First mile has done a great job of carefully lowering my packages just inside the fence. Usually they deliver packages with glass and nothing has broken after many deliveries. 😁

The delivery was slippery quick! My package came way sooner than I had been planning on! Grateful to have had a nice looking, not destroyed, all in one piece package arrive at my doorstep! Thanks First Mile here’s to many more miles of deliveries! 😉

My package arrived quickly and safely. My only complaint is related to the tracking. I wasn't expecting my package to be delivered because the estimated delivery date was several days away. A more accurate delivery estimation would have been helpful.

I think this package was delivered in a timely manner. There is nothing as exciting as going out the door and finding a package on my porch with my name on it. I did a little happy dance. I've never heard of first mile but I loved that my package didn't get lost like packages delivered by some of those other guys.

I can always depend on Deseret Book to be professional and efficient. I feel that they try hard to please the customer by providing good quality products at a good value. Before I got my delivery I didn’t even know that FirstMile existed. It made my day to get my delivery so promptly and efficiently. I was excited to see that there are new competitors in the delivery market besides just Amazon, UPS, FedEx etc. Way to go! What a great, fast, efficient company. Oh man... what a wonderful experience getting a package delivered by these guys!! My package was handled better than the other guys (brown truck or white truck) have ever treated my packages!! Highly recommend them any time you are able to use them.

I hadn't even heard of FirstMile before they fulfilled a shipping order from Deseret Book for me, but I think they have a great concept and business model and I hope they can grow 🙂 I prefer supporting local businesses, and I hope Salt Lake merchants will consider using FirstMile!

I made my order on Tuesday, and was told it would take 5-7 business days to deliver, but 2 days later I heard a knock at the door, and my package was already here! It was crazy fast and delivered with good quality! My package was in good condition and hardly even looked like it had gone through a shipping process!! Love these guys!

Ya know, I gotta say... it’s really nice sitting at the dining room room table eating lunch, and seeing someone approach your front porch with none other than the long awaited package you’ve been expecting. 10/10 delivery. The box was placed with such care and tenderness on my front porch, that had I not seen a human being deliver it, I would’ve assumed it was an angel. Or a stork. Possibly a unicorn.

As everyone knows there are endless delivery options for modern day shopping that takes place from the couch or ones bed. So when my wife’s latest Albion Fit order arrived traveling 1st class in a First Mile delivery van we knew her precious cargo had been meticulously cared for from pick up until its final destination arriving safely on our front porch! It doesn’t matter if it’s a pair of yoga pants or a refrigerator, you know it’s in good hands with First Mile each and every time!!!

I think the delivery service was excellent! They delivered my package quick after I was having problems with the company I ordered from. They let me know when they were here and left my package right at my door step not to mention they also delivered my package in good condition so thank you firstmile! 👍

Really fast shipping. It said it was going to be delivered in two weeks or more from the day I ordered it but it came the next week. I wasn't even expecting it. I got home and saw the package on my front door. It totally made my day. The little bloomers are beautiful and have a nice feel to them. My baby loved them. We all did. Not just that but it came with a few gifts! I was definitely not expecting that. Got some gift cards and some other neat stuff.Thank you 😊

Finally a delivery service that get's it ALL right! We couldn't be happier with how quick our order was delivered and especially the way it was delivered. The package was placed on our front porch, but the delivery person took that extra effort to tuck the package behind our large potted plant to avoid it being stolen by porch thieves. They also rang the doorbell to let us know they had arrived. Thank you, Thank You, and Thank You. In other words, you did an excellent job! Kudos to you!!!

The delivery was quick, which I love — only a couple of days. The tracking info never was available, which is a disappointment — need to know when my package will be delivered. Overall I was satisfied.

The shipping times are really quick. I placed an order on Friday morning and received it Monday night. However, the tracking needs some major help. This is the second time I have received a package from First Mile and both times, my tracking said "sorting complete" up until the moment it was delivered. This is a no no for me because both my packages were delivered late in the evening and left outside over night because I wasn't expecting them , especially at 9:00 at night. If this business is able to provide more accurate tracking with estimated delivery dates (and delivery times before nightfall), this could take over UPS and FedEx when it comes to shipping carriers.

They delivered my package quicker than my grandpa falling asleep on a Sunday. That's pretty quick. Like incredibly quick. Package was placed out of site from the street but noticeable to me when I approached the door and was in great condition.

(read in an "I Love Lucy" voice) "HI HONEY, IT'S HERE!!!" I wish I could say that I had an incredibly handsome husband to yell that to me once my package arrived, but...I'm single. But the fun message written on my package from FirstMile helped me smile just as big. I am very appreciative to the care that FirstMile gave and how quickly it arrived. I will be wearing the item that was delivered on my next date. And...who knows? Maybe one day he'll come home and exclaim, "HI HONEY, I'M HOME!!!"

Had a delivery from a company nearby & MAN! It came lightening quick! I hadn’t heard of First Mile before, but they found my house - a tricky address - as fast as a unicorn on speed!I plan to opt for these guys & their shipping method any chance I get! Excellent service! I had a shipment from Firstmile that was scheduled to arrive just a few hours after I was going out of town. I called customer service and Jeff listened to my concerns. I needed the item for my trip and also didn't want it sitting on my porch while I was gone. Jeff from customer support followed up and worked with the logistics crew to get it to me the night before I left! He could have just told me there was nothing he could do, instead he went above and beyond! Thank you!

I’m writing this review with 5 stars and I DO NOT work for First Mile (read someone else’s comment that said that). First Mile delivers. They go above and beyond to satisfy their customer’s needs. Their rates are low and they have been great at communicating!!I think most of the low ratings on here come from people who don’t realize that First Mile uses other shipping companies (and vice versa) so the deliver time may not always be on their shoulders. Do your research before you put blame on a single company.
